Key Responsibilities:
- Projects: Independently manage assigned projects, workflows, and ad hoc tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed within defined timelines.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Perform in-depth data analysis for each allocated project and drive stakeholder discussions to closure by presenting actionable insights for workflow and process improvements.
- Training: Conduct process training for new hires and deliver refresher sessions, ensuring procedural alignment across ownership teams and keeping training materials updated with the latest guidelines.
- Workflows: Develop a strong understanding of datasets, end-to-end workflows, and operational processes, along with proficient use of relevant tools and systems.
- SQL: Provide inputs and recommendations for new SQL-based reports, process optimizations, and product or dataset-related enhancements.
- Advanced Excel: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis, use of advanced formulas, creation of charts and dashboards, and automation of tasks using VBA where applicable.
- Innovation: Identify and propose new projects, automation opportunities, lean process improvements, and policy enhancements as part of ongoing operational activities.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through clear, professional, and articulate verbal and written communication.
- Mindset: Exhibit strong attention to detail, flexibility, and problem-solving capabilities, with a solution-oriented mindset to proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Management, Finance, or Quality Management, or equivalent professional work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently and effectively manage communication with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Proven capability to handle day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) activities with minimal supervision.
- Expert-level understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and associated tools and systems.
- Ability to oversee and guide mentees by establishing effective supervision and performance monitoring mechanisms to enhance their productivity and quality of work.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work allocations simultaneously.
- Experience in managing at least one Lean or automation project within the past year, in alignment with organizational standards and approval processes.
- Demonstrated acquisition and application of additional technical skills such as SQL, VBA, Power BI, or Tableau to successfully deliver projects and add measurable value to the team.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean, considered an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze quality metrics and performance results and provide actionable, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
