Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables, maintain strong working relationships, and provide regular progress updates.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee end-to-end project execution to ensure tasks are completed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards, while continuously monitoring performance and progress.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, define mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, balance team workloads, and ensure optimal utilization of personnel and tools.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, lessons learned, and post-project evaluations.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with organizational policies, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Possesses 6+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on finance and operations-related initiatives.
- Demonstrates proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or comparable platforms.
- Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Shows strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
- Operates as a self-starter who proactively addresses challenges to meet business commitments and stakeholder expectations.
- Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Hyperion/Essbase, Business Objects, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or possesses equivalent experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
