Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop analytical and machine learning models across the full retail credit lifecycle.
- Enhance existing algorithms and design new proof-of-concept solutions to address evolving business needs.
- Deliver measurable product impact by applying rigorous, data-driven analytical and modeling approaches.
- Conduct research and translate proof-of-concept solutions into scalable, production-ready data products.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to solve complex data and business problems on an ongoing basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience working within a data science team in a credit institution or financial services environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a STEM discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in data science and analytics tools, including Python programming, SQL, and production-grade data platforms.
- In-depth understanding of probability, statistics, and quantitative modeling fundamentals.
- Strong big-picture and analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex problems, conduct research, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective partnership with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
