Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver a positive customer experience, reflected through strong Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
  • Adhere to Cornerstone OnDemand support processes to meet and exceed defined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide timely, clear, and professional communication with customers via CRM tools (Salesforce), phone, and email.
  • Share regular quality updates with customers until issue resolution to prevent case aging, staleness, and backlog.
  • Prioritize work effectively, focusing on high-impact customer issues and delivering resolutions within agreed timelines and customer expectations.
  • Engage next-level or specialized support teams in a timely manner when required, ensuring proper triage, thorough case documentation, and proactive stakeholder communication.
  • Actively utilize knowledge bases, forums, and available support resources to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of the Cornerstone OnDemand product portfolio and related technologies through ongoing learning.
  • Consistently meet and strive to exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall success of the Cornerstone OnDemand ecosystem.
  • Ensure strict adherence to privacy, data protection, and security obligations in all support activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline, with less than one year of customer-facing application support experience.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud computing concepts, and related technologies such as FTP, SSO, SMTP, and HTML.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction and documentation.
  • Exhibits a strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality customer support and service excellence.
  • Shows strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Familiarity with support workflows, processes, and experience working in SLA-driven environments using CRM tools such as Salesforce is an added advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24×7 operational environment, primarily supporting US time zone shifts.
