Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage data analysis, basic statistical methods, and business fundamentals to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze large and complex IT datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that enhance customer understanding of their technology environments.
- Transform raw data into structured analyses, meaningful visualizations, and compelling data-driven stories.
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver analytical solutions that directly support business and operational objectives.
- Apply advanced analytical, critical thinking, and consulting skills to translate complex business problems into actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Utilize modern data and analytics tools to collect, explore, cleanse, and prepare data for analysis, business intelligence, and visualization.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather, structure, organize, and clean data to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning analytical outcomes with customer goals, success metrics, and decision-making requirements.
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders by combining analytical findings with business context and storytelling techniques.
- Support project scoping, business valuation, and decision-making processes through data-backed recommendations and insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Holds a degree in a quantitative discipline such as Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately one year of hands-on experience with ELK Stack management in an Application Onboarding Engineer or similar role.
- Experience onboarding on-premises and cloud-based applications to the ELK Stack for centralized logging, data analysis, and visualization.
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets and performing system monitoring using Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
- Experience managing index lifecycle policies and designing optimized Kibana dashboards for performance and usability.
- Skilled in data parsing, visualization development, alert creation, and role-based access configuration.
- Provides post-onboarding support by troubleshooting issues related to log management and application performance.
- Experience working in centralized logging environments and onboarding applications to the Kibana platform.
- Familiarity with containerized environments using open-source technologies such as Docker, including performing manual system health checks.
