Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently while consistently meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain complex SQL scripts to address diverse business and analytical requirements.
- Continuously upskill in emerging technologies and lead or contribute to impactful projects leveraging AI-driven solutions.
- Review, analyze, and modify existing code to ensure successful execution and optimal performance.
- Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolution.
- Automate and refine recurring processes, track defects or issues, and maintain clear documentation of changes and enhancements.
- Support the team with advanced query optimization, performance tuning, and code refinement.
- Provide operational support for critical production systems, including flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements.
- Share domain knowledge and technical expertise by mentoring team members and enabling cross-training initiatives.
- Contribute to database architecture, engineering, design, optimization, security, and administration activities.
- Perform data modeling, big-data development, ETL development, storage engineering, data warehousing, and data provisioning tasks.
- Support Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and cloud-based solutions with a focus on data stores and associated ecosystems.
- Assist in managing design services, including system sizing, configuration guidance, data quality assurance, and needs assessments.
- Analyze current business processes and practices to identify opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval capabilities.
- Collaborate with software and hardware vendors to evaluate architectural impacts of vendor strategies and data acquisition approaches.
- Design database schemas, develop SQL and data scripting solutions, and support analytics and application development built on enterprise data platforms.
- Support team operations by contributing to talent development and ensuring efficient execution of functional responsibilities.
- Follow a structured, standardized, and methodical approach to all assigned tasks and deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduate degree or possess equivalent professional experience.
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- Have experience working with production support processes and collaborating with support teams in live operational environments.
- Demonstrate experience working with globally distributed teams to execute daily operational and project-related tasks.
- Exhibit hands-on experience with cloud-based applications and advanced SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Possess foundational knowledge of cloud platforms, artificial intelligence concepts, Power BI, and data analysis techniques.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Show the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects independently with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Display flexibility and willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work in shifts based on business requirements.
