Key Responsibilities:
Reporting, Insights & Analytics:
- Deliver timely, accurate, and visually compelling reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support business performance evaluation and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and customer needs, and design innovative analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Tableau, and big-data platforms.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate, optimize, and standardize reporting and analytics processes to improve efficiency.
- Perform in-depth analyses to identify key business drivers, uncover improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Provide supplier and spend analytics to support GCS/ICS field teams and guide G&S spend strategies.
Strategic Support:
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches that deliver meaningful and measurable outcomes.
- Enable effective monitoring of project performance metrics and ensure clear visibility for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc and exploratory analyses to support growth initiatives, operational enhancements, and forward-looking decision-making.
- Own end-to-end analytics delivery, from data exploration and analysis to visualization and insight generation.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage assigned analytics projects by prioritizing tasks based on business objectives, timelines, and dependencies.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of insights, methodologies, and project progress to key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, ensuring transparency and shared understanding across business partners.
Governance & Process Excellence:
- Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and compliance across all reporting and analytics activities.
- Streamline analytics workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, strategy, operations, or program management, preferably within the financial services or technology domain.
- Hold a graduate or post-graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in SQL, Hive, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive reporting.
- Showcase excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with proven experience in creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in automation, predictive analytics, Generative AI applications for reporting, and big-data platforms (e.g., Cornerstone).
- Possess domain knowledge or prior exposure to B2B payments, sales processes, procurement, or accounts payable data.
