Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to technical queries from end users in accordance with the defined support model.
- Resolve product and service issues by analyzing client queries, identifying root causes, recommending appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Design, develop, and deliver interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
- Customize visualizations and implement DAX measures to meet client-specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python to support data processing workflows.
- Perform data ingestion, transformation, and validation for structured and semi-structured data sources.
- Automate pre-ETL and post-ETL processes to enhance data flow efficiency and operational reliability.
- Support OCN setup activities, including hierarchy mapping and data integration.
- Troubleshoot OCN-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and improvements.
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing dashboards to align with evolving business requirements.
- Execute tasks related to the implementation of EY tools and manage environment setup for new clients in line with project objectives.
- Assist in coordinating project activities among clients, internal project teams, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, Python, or ETL tools are preferred.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum-based development environments.

Required Skills:
- 0 to 4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or ETL development.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Hands-on experience using Python for data processing and automation.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration workflows.
- Exposure to OrgChart Now or similar organizational charting tools is an added advantage.
- Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, including problem-solving, performance tuning, and test case analysis.
- Experience with tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Synthesia.
- Experience supporting web applications that leverage MongoDB, Neo4j, NoSQL databases, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours, as required to support projects across different geographies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in using and supporting a wide range of technologies in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
- Broad exposure to data architecture for cloud-hosted web applications.
- Understanding of customer support processes, service management technologies, and operational workflows.
- Experience in reporting and analyzing service level agreements (SLAs) and usage metrics.
