Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems and services.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using Java and Go programming languages.
- Leverage technologies such as ElastiCache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Amazon SQS, DynamoDB, and related tools to build robust backend solutions.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to established best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions for new features and continuous improvements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while optimizing system performance and scalability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch with academic training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong programming proficiency in Java and/or Go.
- Foundational knowledge of backend development concepts and associated technologies.
- Basic understanding of database systems and data modeling principles.
- Demonstrated interest in learning and working with modern technologies such as ElastiCache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Amazon SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented work environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with version control systems like Git.
