Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving:

  • Support senior analysts in evaluating business opportunities, growth strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Assist in developing strategic recommendations by conducting research, collecting data, and analyzing industry and market trends.
  • Identify potential risks, opportunities, and solution options through structured analytical and problem-solving approaches.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to the preparation of presentations and strategic deliverables.

Process Analysis & Problem Resolution:

  • Identify and analyze business pain points through stakeholder interviews, process observations, and data-driven analysis.
  • Support root cause analysis initiatives using structured methodologies to uncover underlying operational issues.
  • Assist in designing process improvements and solution frameworks to address identified challenges.
  • Help develop workflows, procedures, and process documentation to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Support the implementation of improved processes and monitor their effectiveness against defined objectives.
  • Document current-state processes and contribute to the design of future-state process solutions.

Technology & Process Implementation:

  • Support technology implementation initiatives by gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities to ensure solution readiness.
  • Help translate business requirements into functional specifications in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Support workflow optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives across business functions.

Project Coordination & Delivery:

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators to ensure on-time execution.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, status reports, and organized project records.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the development of business cases, analytical models, and decision frameworks.
  • Assist in defining metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

Business Analysis Tools & Techniques:

  • Apply core business analysis techniques such as stakeholder analysis, requirements elicitation, and gap analysis.
  • Utilize process modeling tools including process flows, swimlane diagrams, and value stream mapping.
  • Support data modeling and documentation using techniques such as entity relationship diagrams (ERDs).
  • Assist in business rules analysis and decision modeling activities.
  • Apply structured problem-solving frameworks such as root cause analysis, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
  • Support risk analysis, impact assessments, and mitigation planning activities.
  • Use prioritization techniques such as MoSCoW and the Kano model for requirements and solution evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate foundational project management capabilities through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
  • Have a clear understanding of fundamental business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Prior internship or professional experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis roles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of business process mapping and modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Exposure to requirements and work management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
  • Foundational knowledge of systems analysis and design principles.
