Accountabilities:
- Partner with local business units to ensure the effective implementation of data and records governance frameworks aligned with business needs.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on records classification, retention, storage, retrieval, and disposal practices.
- Monitor local data quality and records management metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and drive opportunities for data quality improvement and optimisation.
- Collaborate with relevant business units to support data priorities and ensure data and records considerations are embedded in business-as-usual (BAU) decision-making and change initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in data and records governance, including the application of governance frameworks and standards.
- Experience supporting or delivering change initiatives within a structured change delivery environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong technical experience in SQL and Python, or prior experience in a lead developer role.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively across teams.
