Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance APIs using Python and the FastAPI framework.
- Design, optimize, and manage data models using PostgreSQL and MongoDB to support application requirements.
- Build, integrate, and maintain secure and reliable RESTful APIs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
Collaboration & Agile Practices:
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Security teams to improve development workflows and delivery pipelines.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Documentation & Deployment Support:
- Review, understand, and document technical requirements, system designs, and operational processes.
- Provide installation, configuration, and deployment guidance to support application rollout across multiple environments.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and microservices-based architecture.
- Strong expertise in database technologies, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and KairosDB.
- Solid working knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka and MQTT.
- Practical experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Professional Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer or in a comparable technical role.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solution approaches and assess their advantages and trade-offs.
- Effective communication skills, with experience providing clear updates and resolutions to customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
