Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable technical solutions, including AI-based models, to support organizational growth and innovation.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for technology and a keen ability to solve complex and sophisticated technical problems.
- Build and maintain solutions for internal platforms as well as for more than 20 external client organizations using the Aladdin ecosystem.
- Work extensively with modern and emerging technologies such as AI, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, and other open-source frameworks and programming languages.
- Contribute effectively within an Agile development environment, adhering to best practices and iterative delivery models.
- Actively support and contribute to open-source initiatives, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and community engagement.
- Develop high-quality, testable software on a daily basis, with a focus on incremental innovation and continuous improvement.
- Operate in a transparent, inclusive, and forward-thinking work environment that encourages participation at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with users, designers, developers, and product managers to transform ideas and creative concepts into functional prototypes.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and work with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Possess one or more years of hands-on experience in Python or Core Java, preferably using the Spring Framework.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Have practical experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Be familiar with Agile development methodologies and associated collaboration and tracking tools.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, take ownership of deliverables, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Show the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
