Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using VB.NET and C#.
- Create, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support application and automation requirements.
- Ensure all code adheres to established quality, security, performance, and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues within automation solutions and application environments.
- Comply with the terms of the employment contract, company policies, procedures, and management directives, including those related to work location changes, team or shift assignments, flexible work arrangements, and other business-driven decisions.
- Adhere to organizational policies as they are adopted, modified, or rescinded in response to evolving business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in the relevant technical skill areas.
- Proven experience with SQL Server, including database development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
- Proficiency in programming languages including VB.NET, C#, and Python.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools.
