Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis and reporting support for assigned functions or business units.
- Extract, validate, and analyze financial data to generate insights and support data-driven recommendations.
- Address and resolve financial and business-related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver analytical support for key business initiatives to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization’s financial processes and gain a working knowledge of overall business operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- First-level university degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Entry-level experience (0+ years) in a financial analyst role or a related position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting numerical and financial data.
- Proficiency in business applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and related productivity tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
