Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize ETL pipelines using Power BI (Power Query, Dataflows) and Python to extract, transform, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop, automate, and deploy continuous process improvement solutions using Microsoft 365 platforms, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data reliability.
- Utilize SQL and advanced data analytics techniques to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets from ERP systems, data lakes, and external platforms to support finance compliance and reporting requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic finance dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Excel (Power Query, VBA) and Power BI (DAX, Power BI Service) to deliver actionable business insights.
- Document and standardize data workflows and processes to ensure business continuity, consistency, and ease of future project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support and enhance financial reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving compliance standards and business objectives.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deliver system demonstrations, and manage formal handovers prior to deployment to validate solution functionality, performance, and usability.
- Serve as a key contributor to business process improvement initiatives and Operational Excellence best practices by collaborating with global and local Perfect Execution communities, participating in knowledge-sharing forums, and supporting structured training programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA, BBA, or IT qualification with a minimum of three years of professional experience in systems implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, including advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA/Macros, DAX), SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for data analytics, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema design, normalization techniques, and best practices for data warehouse architecture and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with finance systems and business intelligence tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is considered an added advantage.
