Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard and Analytics:

  • Design and develop comprehensive, insightful dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales and business teams.
  • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines connecting multiple data sources to analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Act as the administrator for dashboard access, data security, and data governance to ensure compliance and controlled data usage.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and replication to ensure high-quality, consistent inputs for the Customer Health Index and other critical organizational data assets.
  • Continuously enhance dashboards and reports based on user feedback, usage patterns, and evolving business requirements.

Data Product and Platform:

  • Define, design, and develop data products aligned to specific business use cases within the data aggregation platform.
  • Partner closely with Data Scientists to operationalize analytical models and algorithms into production-ready data solutions.
  • Document data flows, data definitions, and operational processes to support long-term scalability, maintainability, and knowledge continuity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Requirements Management:

  • Design and implement a manual warning system to proactively identify at-risk customers and enable rapid operational response.
  • Define and standardize how customer health and related insights are surfaced to different stakeholder groups across the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure data insights directly support their workflows and address immediate business needs.
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends that inform customer success strategies and uncover expansion opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, CRM Analytics, and/or Power BI.
  • Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience working on Snowflake or comparable cloud-based data platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing dashboards that deliver actionable and business-relevant insights.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and customer success teams to deliver insights that support revenue growth and customer outcomes.
  • Familiarity with customer health metrics and SaaS business models, including subscription-based performance indicators.
  • Strong understanding of data cleansing techniques and data quality assurance methodologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, Certinia, Gainsight, or similar customer success and CRM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Python data science libraries such as pandas, DataFrames, and related analytical frameworks.
  • Experience defining and establishing data products within an enterprise-scale environment.
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation and preparation tools such as dbt, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or equivalent technologies.
  • Background in customer success operations, revenue analytics, or SaaS product analytics.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed or cross-regional teams.
  • Salesforce and/or Tableau certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
