Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of client-specific and account-level business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, Python, and JLL GPT APIs.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to team members on Tableau usage, data analysis techniques, and reporting best practices.
- Ensure that iterative design and development processes are consistently followed by engaging with business stakeholders and providing regular feedback.
- Actively participate in internal and external business intelligence communities to promote continuous learning and facilitate knowledge sharing within the BI team.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives by providing constructive feedback to analysts and data engineers and supporting collaborative improvement efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience, in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Econometrics, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of one year of professional experience in a BI, business analyst, or data analyst role.
- Demonstrate fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders beyond the Business Intelligence team across the organization.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of the dynamics of working within a complex corporate environment.

- Have hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau and generative AI platforms (GPTs).
- Demonstrate knowledge and working experience with data warehousing and data processing technologies, including Databricks, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, and Amazon RDS.
- Show familiarity with analytical and statistical tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, and Python.
- Apply a strong analytical mindset to interpret data, create visualizations, and communicate the story behind the data.
- Focus on delivering customer-centric analytical solutions that drive productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and key business metrics.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines, even when operating under time constraints.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
