Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cloud and DevOps teams in day-to-day operational activities while learning foundational cloud and DevOps concepts under close guidance and mentorship.
  • Assist senior team members with routine setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure and AWS resources in accordance with established procedures.
  • Handle basic user access management tasks, including creating, modifying, and revoking access within cloud platforms.
  • Observe, assist with, and document troubleshooting activities related to common cloud issues such as virtual machine startup failures and resource quota limitations.
  • Participate in cloud-based deployment activities and attend team meetings to gain an understanding of project objectives and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating operational documentation, including installation guides, FAQs, and runbooks.
  • Perform daily health and status checks of basic cloud services by following predefined checklists, reviewing monitoring dashboards, and responding to alerts as instructed.
  • Learn and practice DevOps fundamentals by executing sample CI/CD pipelines, using version control systems, and observing automation workflows.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and seek ongoing mentorship from experienced team members to continuously build technical skills.
  • Promptly report issues, anomalies, or unusual observations to the appropriate team members for resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of cloud computing fundamentals, including servers, storage, and networking concepts.
  • Show a strong interest in learning public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and a willingness to explore cloud management consoles.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for technology and the ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and established guidelines.
  • Possess clear written and spoken English communication skills for effective collaboration and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain a proactive approach toward training, continuous learning, and self-development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow checklists, ask relevant questions, and stay organized in day-to-day tasks.
  • Have an understanding of security auditing policies, critical authorizations, and access control objects.
  • Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to support the timely resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated with a strong desire to continuously improve technical knowledge and professional skills.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Experience:

  • Possess 0–1 year of professional experience, including internships, academic projects, or relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Any exposure to cloud platforms or basic scripting through coursework or personal projects is considered an added advantage.
