Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and collaborate with the Amex Offers Marketing teams to improve offer redemption rates and enhance merchant and customer satisfaction.
- Solve complex business challenges through ideation, development, and end-to-end ownership of next-generation technology solutions, algorithms, and platforms.
- Continuously innovate and enhance existing solutions by leveraging big data and advanced analytics techniques.
- Design and build scalable products that support critical business initiatives and improve overall operational productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with global partners across multiple business units and geographic locations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience.
- A postgraduate degree in Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering is preferred.
