Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
- Support clients by resolving basic issues and providing end-user training.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients during workshops and meetings.
- Participate in system testing, data migration, and system integration activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to support development.
- Provide daily support to SAP FICO users and troubleshoot system-related problems.
- Develop a solid understanding of client business processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with SAP developments, new features, and best practices through continuous learning and training.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems through internships, coursework, or academic projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn SAP FICO modules and pursue SAP certifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general data management tools.
- Previous internship experience or academic project work involving SAP is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SQL or familiarity with SAP tables is beneficial.
