Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all GREWE and AXP Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
- Work comfortably in a multi-tasking environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Meet targeted timelines for task completion under the guidance of assigned mentors.
- Provide hospitality services, including escorting visitors and leadership personnel.
- Assist with meeting and event setup activities.
- Connect with colleagues in the cafeteria to gather feedback on food services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of recreational spaces.
- Adhere to all American Express Blue Box values.
- Partner closely with colleagues and WPE leadership to support workplace requirements.
- Be familiar with building safety, first aid, and fire and emergency procedures, ensuring safe and responsible use of equipment.
- Work in all three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) based on business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Is a fresher with up to 11 months of work experience.
- Possesses basic knowledge of applicable regulations, as well as food service, environmental, and safety codes and systems.
- Speaks and writes English fluently.
- Maintains a positive, professional attitude and provides personalized service by incorporating hospitality in the workplace.
