Key Responsibilities:
- Understand data flow from source BAS to the IoT platform and analyze data-related issues such as bad or unreliable data.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring effective problem resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring each case is logged accurately and completely for future reference.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution for customers.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns in customer queries and provide insights for process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and support professional development.
- Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles to improve overall service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech).
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of overall professional experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Possesses a basic understanding of IoT technologies and Python programming.
- Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and Postman for API testing.
- Familiar with thermodynamics principles and HVAC system operations.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Displays a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
