Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and configuration of solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM EDS.
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, client libraries, and workflows.
- Build adaptive and responsive forms using AEM Forms and AEM EDS frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX designers, back-end engineers, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support data integration through APIs and third-party systems using Java-based backend logic.
- Perform unit testing, identify and troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities.
- Learn and apply Adobe best practices related to performance, accessibility, and security.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of hands-on development experience, including internships and project work.
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a basic understanding of front-end development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and common integration patterns.
- Eagerness to learn Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Forms, Assets) and AEM EDS.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a collaborative, Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to any CMS platform such as AEM, WordPress, or Sitecore.
- Understanding of AEM-specific technologies, including Sightly/HTL, the OSGi framework, and CRX/CRXDE.
- Familiarity with tools such as Maven, Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
- Basic understanding of JSON schema, XML, or form data processing.
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
