Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand and define user requirements for features, incorporating insights from various feedback channels into future designs and solution improvements.
- Learn and contribute to the architectural design of product or solution features by testing design hypotheses, supporting the creation of technical proposals, refining code plans under technical guidance, and assisting in producing code for technical validation.
- With guidance, learn to write extensible and maintainable code, applying principles of diagnosability, reliability, and maintainability, and understand when code is ready to be shared, reused, and delivered for a product, service, or feature.
- Review work items in partnership with stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of product features, assist in breaking down work items into tasks, provide effort estimates, and escalate potential issues that may cause delays.
- Learn about and contribute to the operations of live services on a rotational, on-call basis by identifying solutions and mitigations for simple issues affecting performance or functionality of Live Site services and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support the development and enhancement of automation for the production and deployment of product features, and run code in simulated or non-production environments to verify functionality and ensure error-free execution under supervision.
- Consistently embody and uphold the organization’s culture and core values in day-to-day work and collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in coding using one or more programming languages, such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
