Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competition, customer behavior, and Revolut’s positioning to generate key insights that inform product roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities for new products and features to support and accelerate Revolut’s hyper-growth.
- Improve and automate existing business intelligence processes across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be graduating in 2024 or 2025 with at least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.5/4 (US), 2.1 (UK), or 8/10 in other countries.
- Have an academic background in a STEM or non-STEM field with a strong quantitative focus, such as finance, economics, or business.
- Possess 6+ months of work experience (including internships) in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
- Be available to work full time for 6 months, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to join Revolut on a full-time basis upon successful completion of the internship.
- Hold valid working rights in the country where you wish to work (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Have the ability to break complex problems into smaller, manageable components.
- Enjoy working with data and deriving insights from it.
- Demonstrate natural curiosity and a strong desire to make an impact.
- Have a genuine interest in the financial industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R.
