Responsibilities:
- Enhance workforce performance and productivity to improve business agility, increase revenue, and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct operational analyses, including competitor analysis, operational effectiveness studies, and capacity utilization assessments.
- Analyze, plan, and perform procedures that provide operational and technical support to business teams to achieve defined objectives.
- Maintain continuous collaboration with various organizational and regional groups for decision analysis, technical requirements, planning, and execution.
- Perform tasks that provide insights into HR process effectiveness, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting HR’s transition from an operational role to a strategic partner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Independently perform BAU reporting activities while ensuring data confidentiality and privacy.
- Understand customer requests from ad-hoc reporting cases and deliver accurate data within agreed timelines.
- Interact with customers when needed to clarify requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to internal leadership.
- Work independently with stakeholders for requirement gathering, setting realistic expectations, and delivering timely support with high service levels.
- Act as a consultant to customers, recommending solutions that meet strategic objectives without adding unnecessary workload to the team.
- Serve as a solution architect by analyzing customer problem statements and designing optimal solutions or visualizations that support their strategies while maintaining realistic timelines.
- Refine and streamline existing BAU processes by eliminating inefficiencies and ensuring that SOPs are maintained.
- Mentor junior team members through coaching and quality checks to improve overall team output.
- Monitor data quality consistently and escalate issues when inconsistencies are identified.
- Take ownership of learning new tools and technologies needed to support evolving business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to automate existing processes and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) targets.
- Contribute effectively to the team’s KPI achievements and overall performance goals.
- Actively participate in team development initiatives and process enhancement activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Possess experience in data extraction, manipulation, reporting, or Data Science and Analytics.
- Have solid knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in writing code using VBA, R, Python, or similar languages.
- Hold a good understanding of HR processes and the employee life cycle.
- Possess independent visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Be adaptable and flexible in managing diverse activities and stakeholders independently.
- Have experience working in a global shared services environment or managing global stakeholders.
- Show a strong willingness to learn new technologies required for various tasks.
- Have experience reporting through SuccessFactors tools such as AdHoc Reporting, ORD, Report Stories, and/or WFA.
- Possess experience working with ETL processes or systems, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrate the ability to write or customize SQL scripts.
