Key Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis of complex cross-franchise and group-wide requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
- Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements with accuracy and clarity.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, while supporting controls and quality assurance activities for key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Identify, coordinate, and support cut-over and implementation tasks during project execution.
- Trace and map business requirements to the future state solution design.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various project stages to validate the solution design.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide support to business users throughout the UAT process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses a relevant Business Analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP.
- Demonstrates a highly analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in applying a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Background in delivering business analysis within a technology or IT-focused environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the capability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
