Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data related to employee learning and development programs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize learning metrics and trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance learning programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and objectives.
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities and effective collaboration skills.
- Apply program management and project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor learning initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within the Learning and Development domain.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and a strong passion for continuous improvement.
