Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data related to employee learning and development programs.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize learning metrics and trends.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance learning programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and objectives.
  • Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities and effective collaboration skills.
  • Apply program management and project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor learning initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within the Learning and Development domain.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and a strong passion for continuous improvement.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • A constant and curious learning attitude to stay updated with new trends and technologies.
  • The ability to act as a collaborative and trusted partner, upholding integrity in all deliverables.
