Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Oversee and administer the Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) system, ensuring adherence to organizational travel and expense policies.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to provide insights into AP and T&E performance, including key metrics such as aging reports, payment cycles, and policy compliance.
- Create, analyze, and interpret reports related to AP and T&E operations to identify trends, variances, and areas for process improvement.
- Implement and manage Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards to enhance visibility and reporting for AP and T&E activities.
- Identify potential financial risks or operational inefficiencies and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities by ensuring accurate recording of all AP and T&E transactions and reconciliation of outstanding expenses.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports related to AP and T&E functions.
- Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with contractual terms, optimize payment processes, and maintain strong partnerships.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency within the AP and T&E functions.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and reporting support to senior management and department heads.
- Build and maintain financial models that drive strategic initiatives, including cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and process enhancements.
- Deliver ongoing training and support to employees on the proper use of Concur and AP processes.
- Collaborate with IT and Business Intelligence teams to automate financial reporting and improve visibility into AP and T&E performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Concur (T&E) management, or related financial operations roles.
- Strong expertise in Concur T&E system administration, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and working knowledge of PowerPoint (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA and Concur.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and automation within AP and T&E functions.
- Working knowledge of core finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), accruals, and reconciliations (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners.
