Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple critical processes related to data connectivity and cataloguing.
- Translate business requirements into strategic, process-oriented solutions that enhance efficiency and drive process improvement.
- Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support large-scale analytics and reporting requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for sourcing analytics, GSS reporting, and executive insights.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the data model and structure to conduct meaningful analyses aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with end users to address ad hoc data quality analyses, reporting requests, and metric-related requirements.
- Monitor and manage the pipeline of deliverables to ensure proper prioritization and timely completion.
- Utilize technical expertise and business acumen to identify opportunities for efficiency and deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Over 3 years of professional experience with a strong focus on reporting and data analytics.
- Proven experience in managing complex end-to-end processes, including implementing strategic improvements to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
- Hands-on experience in collecting, analyzing, and managing critical data attributes within a relational database environment to maintain high data quality standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel (using complex formulas, pivot tables, slicers, and data connections).
- Ability to analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel, SQL, or equivalent tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training and enablement programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, cloud platforms (preferably Snowflake), and legacy systems such as IBM DB2.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and governance practices in data-driven environments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferred experience in source-to-pay (Ariba, Coupa, etc.), sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, expense management, or third-party relationship management.
- Proven track record in managing large datasets or serving as a central data governance steward with expertise in data quality, cataloguing, and related tools.
