Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices to support the team in achieving technical objectives and continuously improving product and team technologies.
- Lead the adoption of best practices through active participation in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Explore, evaluate, and experiment with new and relevant technologies and tools, driving their adoption based on measurable impact.
- Define and implement the long-term technology vision and roadmap for the team.
- Design and architect new solutions, addressing both existing and emerging areas of development.
- Make informed decisions on technology and tool selections for the team and take ownership of their outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline from a reputed institution, with 1–3 years of experience in a product development company.
- Possess strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and practical application of algorithms and data structures, including space and time complexity analysis.
- Exhibit strong design skills in data modeling and low-level class design.
- Have a good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Golang.
- Adhere to industry coding standards and write maintainable, scalable, and efficient code to solve business problems.
- Possess hands-on experience working with databases and Linux/Unix environments.
- Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
