Key Responsibilities:
- Support compliance operations by monitoring emails to protect sensitive company data and ensure adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
- Conduct periodic reviews of compliance requirements to identify potential violations and escalate issues appropriately.
- Recommend, support, and assist in implementing remedial and preventive measures to drive continuous improvement within the division.
- Document monitoring evaluations, review results, and due diligence activities, including findings and resolutions.
- Manage and respond to communications received through the Compliance general mailbox.
- Provide assistance in monitoring Sanction Compliance escalations as required.
- Contribute to special projects or ad hoc assignments as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong willingness to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and apply knowledge efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and present effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a professional setting; prior experience in compliance, audit, or analytical roles is an advantage.
