Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified training managers to receive structured knowledge transfer and mentorship.
- Learn and apply the latest tools, applications, processes, and methodologies relevant to your field of work.
- Participate in a transition program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and a professional work environment.
- Develop essential soft skills, understand workplace culture, ethics, and organizational behavior during the training period.
- Enhance and upgrade your technical and professional skill sets through hands-on learning and practical exposure.
- Undergo a one-year training program designed for recent graduates to help them transition smoothly from academia to the corporate environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Should have secured a minimum of 65% marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
