Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying business opportunities on government portals, maintaining relevant trackers, managing customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, and conducting market research for potential clients in the Defence sector.
- Customer Outreach: Support the team in identifying and reaching out to potential government and defense industry clients through regular research and engagement activities.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support effective sales strategies and product development.
- Sales Administration: Maintain and update CRM systems, track sales leads, and prepare professional sales presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations for government and defense sector clients across India.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to monitor progress toward targets, identify new opportunities, and recommend improvements for overall sales performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product management, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in the Defence sector and sales functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to conduct research and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
