Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain accurate, complete, and timely data sets, considering the global interests and requirements of internal and external business divisions.
- Collaborate with the team and management on various initiatives related to Trucost and ESG operations.
- Collect, standardize, and validate data on business relationships, competitors, products, and services from companies’ published reports.
- Work within defined parameters and under supervision to ensure data quality and adherence to performance standards.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for developing new data collection methods and improving existing products related to covered content sets.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, providing necessary support to the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (an advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred).
- Prior experience in ESG data ratings and research will be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills Required:
- Ability to interpret and analyze documents such as Articles, Bylaws, Company Prospectuses, Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, and Codes of Conduct.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, with the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment while adhering to flexible schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a persistent and methodical approach to work.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
- Possess an agile mindset, demonstrating adaptability and effective collaboration across teams and functions.
