Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process loan documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Record cash transactions, process payments, and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage day-to-day loan transaction processing and related operational activities.
- Coordinate with counterparties to address positions, outstanding balances, and related queries.
- Support a diverse range of financial products and services while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and control.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to loan documentation and transaction processing.
- Design, prepare, and analyze loan documentation reports for management review and control purposes.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Communicate effectively and collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience in loan operations or the financial services domain.
- Basic understanding of loan processes, related systems, and operational tools.
- Awareness of different risk types, risk management policies, and control frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates high ethical standards, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
