Key Responsibilities:
- Receive coaching and mentoring to support the successful completion of assignments and projects while developing relevant skills and knowledge.
- Work on internal projects aimed at delivering customer-focused outcomes and identifying opportunities for business improvement.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to effectively contribute to project execution and task completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns, engaging and networking with global business leaders.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure full compliance and a safe working environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, another STEM-related field, or a business-related discipline.
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent academic standing as per local grading standards.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Should be willing and able to relocate for the duration of the internship (location may vary).
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without company sponsorship or any time-based work restrictions, both now and in the future.
