Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, prepare, and analyze corporate disclosure data using Excel tools such as pivot tables, filters, and formulas to support thematic research, scoring frameworks, and investor-oriented products.
- Draft and edit content for annual findings reports, research briefings, and insight articles, transforming data-driven insights into clear and engaging narratives.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and relevant news to identify emerging themes and guide future research initiatives.
- Contribute to survey improvement by assessing question clarity, data usability, and structure, and assist in reviewing company feedback to enhance survey design.
- Support engagement with companies and investors by clearly explaining methodologies, scoring approaches, and key data insights.
- Address data-related queries from internal teams, including engagement and program staff, by helping interpret key metrics and effectively utilize datasets.
- Collaborate with analysts and team leads to ensure the production of high-quality outputs that align with global standards and ethical research practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess proven experience of 2+ years in data analysis, with the ability to work effectively across both quantitative and qualitative datasets.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and basic data visualization techniques.
- Exhibit sound knowledge of financial markets; prior experience in market intelligence or sell-side research is desirable.
- Work with structured datasets to identify patterns, extract insights, and support comprehensive cross-cutting analysis.
- Display solid writing skills with experience in drafting research content, summaries, and analytical reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain familiarity with ESG disclosure standards and frameworks such as UNGPs, GRI, ISSB, and UNESCO AI Ethics Recommendations.
- Show intellectual curiosity and awareness of ESG-related developments, market trends, and AI or workforce governance topics.
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new analytical tools, including Python and Power BI, to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in cross-functional coordination and external stakeholder interactions.
- Maintain high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and usability.
- Exhibit a collaborative and proactive attitude, contributing effectively to team initiatives, cross-functional projects, and feedback-driven improvements.
- Display strong data intuition, including the ability to identify anomalies or inconsistencies during data processing and analysis.
