Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end closing activities and prepare detailed variance analysis reports for presentation to management.
- Review and update budgets on a quarterly basis in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Review, approve, and monitor construction expenses in real time to ensure alignment with budgetary limits.
- Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all financial activities with full ownership and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Office and satellite accounting teams to review processes and drive continuous improvements.
- Analyze expense reports, identify deviations, and highlight key variances to management.
- Undertake additional ad hoc finance-related tasks and projects as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience in Finance, particularly in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) activities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems; familiarity with Cognos TM1 is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude in leveraging AI tools for financial analysis and automation.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Experience with advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and taking initiative in resolving issues.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior management across multiple business functions.
