Key Responsibilities:
- Translate non-technical lab testing requirements into technical specifications and develop digital templates using R&D-recommended tools such as LIMS (Unilever) and ELN for formulation, stability, processing, and packaging processes in collaboration with R&D subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Demonstrate LIMS functionalities for creating requests and batches for laboratory, pilot trials, and MPT/3P activities, as well as for material and inventory management modules.
- Develop digital visualization solutions to highlight the value and insights derived from R&D data.
- Support R&D teams in defining the scope of digital data capture projects and contribute to enhancing their digital and analytical skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science or Engineering).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data handling and processing.
- Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with LIMS and ELN systems is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong innovative and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and translate non-technical requirements into technical solutions.
- Working knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
