Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytics to develop data-driven business solutions that enhance understanding of customers, processes, channels, and products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define key business questions, problems, and opportunities that can be addressed through analytics.
- Ensure new and existing business processes are designed for efficiency, simplicity, and automation wherever possible.
- Work in an Agile environment within cross-functional data and analytics teams to coordinate resources and achieve project and sprint objectives.
- Deliver data and analytics insights and solutions that provide measurable commercial and customer value.
- Communicate analytical findings and opportunities in a clear, engaging manner that supports stakeholder understanding and decision-making.
- Apply modern tools, technologies, and methodologies to conduct advanced analytical work.
- Share regular updates with stakeholders, integrating analytics, data science, and data engineering outputs into actionable business insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong passion for data and analytics, with solid knowledge of data architecture, key tools, and relevant programming languages.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights using appropriate tools and systems.
- Good understanding of financial services, with the capability to assess business impact, risks, and opportunities across key processes and outputs.
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in Retail Banking analytics with a strong foundation in data management principles.
- Proficient in SQL and GitLab for data analysis, version control, and collaborative development.
- Familiarity with remediation processes is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data findings and insights into meaningful information for stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
