Key Responsibilities:
- Play an integral role in defining the pod strategy by identifying and establishing critical performance metrics.
- Continuously monitor performance trends and recommend data-driven interventions to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to understand key challenges and translate them into well-defined analytical problem statements.
- Lead the insight generation process by conducting in-depth analyses to deliver objective, data-backed solutions to identified problems.
- Present insights and recommendations effectively through evidence-based, data-driven hypotheses to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute beyond data analysis by proactively sharing ideas and strategies to enhance the pod’s critical metrics, demonstrating ownership of business outcomes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for analytics and data visualization, ensuring dashboards are designed and developed for intuitive and effective data consumption by the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0.5 to 3 years of experience in analytics or related roles.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit a keen business acumen and curiosity to understand product functionality and impact.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to manipulate and integrate data from multiple sources for analysis and dashboarding.
- Strong intuition for data with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
- Skilled in using Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Working knowledge of data analysis languages such as R or Python, along with a solid understanding of core statistical concepts.
- Experience in developing machine learning models is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to present analyses effectively by narrating the insights and story behind the data.
