Accountabilities:
- Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and the identification of authoritative sources.
- Perform data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Design and build automated data pipelines to move, process, and integrate data.
- Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
- Document data quality findings and provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of data analytics with the ability to interrogate data and generate quantitative and qualitative management information to support informed decision-making by key stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SAP BO, and Power BI, as well as data management platforms including SQL, AWS Redshift, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of banking operations, with preference for expertise in markets products and processes.
