Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of user-facing features and web components.
- Write clean, reusable code while adhering to established coding best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design concepts into functional implementations.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases to ensure stability and performance.
- Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions and meetings.
- Optimize applications to enhance speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in full-stack or web development.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of backend development using Java, Spring Boot, or Python.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with at least one frontend framework such as React or Angular.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling (e.g., AJAX).
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and web protocols.
