Key Responsibilities:
- Drive actionable insights to support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.
- Collaborate with senior finance leadership on headcount management, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting of revenues and expenses, and management reporting, including variance analysis.
- Analyze and solve business problems through root cause analysis, hypothesis generation, and other qualitative methods.
- Summarize findings and present data-driven insights through structured reports using Power BI, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Create, assimilate, and deliver insights in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Work in a dynamic team environment, maintaining close collaboration with team members.
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders across various agendas to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Learn and apply new technologies such as Power BI and Hyperion to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to confirm project scope and deliver insights that meet business requirements.
- Actively participate in both formal and informal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Management graduates with 0–2 years of experience; candidates with a technical background or prior experience in the finance industry will have an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and develop expertise in specific subject areas to distill key insights.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively under ambiguity or uncertainty (e.g., changing factors, limited information).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity, precision, and logical organization of information.
- Strong aspiration for continuous learning, improvement, and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
