Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end embedding of digital transformation in healthcare operations to drive superior outcomes and value realization today, while enabling streamlined operations for the healthcare market of tomorrow.
- Be part of the Healthcare Claims team, responsible for the administration of health claims, including claim registration, editing and verification, evaluation, examination, and litigation.
- Assist in the administration and operations of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth functioning across multiple domains.
- Contribute to day-to-day healthcare operations, including department activities, medical and health services, budgeting and rating, research and education, policy and procedure implementation, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations.
- Solve routine problems by applying established precedents and referring to general guidelines.
- Collaborate primarily with your own team members and direct supervisor for work-related interactions.
- Follow detailed to moderately detailed instructions for daily work tasks and comprehensive instructions for new assignments.
- Ensure decisions made impact only your own scope of work and responsibilities.
