Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with business stakeholders to understand problems and collaborate with technical representatives (e.g., solution architects, user experience teams) to formulate, evaluate, and propose solutions, ensuring alignment on implementation.
- Document solution agreements in high-quality requirements specifications (e.g., product backlogs, non-functional requirements) and maintain them to ensure accuracy for current and future development work.
- Act as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products, providing knowledge and context to business representatives and technical delivery teams, and respond to queries promptly to support team productivity.
- Manage the delivery of one or more processes, solutions, or projects with a strong focus on quality and effective risk management.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by researching, analyzing, and identifying innovative solutions, while applying industry best practices.
- Take accountability for achieving individual targets that directly impact team performance and deliverables.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of junior colleagues or team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to help them achieve agreed outcomes.
- Meet performance objectives and metrics set locally, including client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and team collaboration.
