Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software and business process solutions based on business needs and requirements, leveraging specialized domain knowledge and expertise.
- Work across all layers of the application stack, including front-end user interfaces and backend development.
- Analyze and evaluate code issues, making decisions within defined parameters under broad supervision.
- Lead projects and programs of moderate complexity and scope within the organization.
- Ensure adherence to software quality standards by establishing advanced testing methods and conducting complex software tests.
- Perform code reviews and optimize existing queries for efficiency and performance.
- Support team growth by assisting in the onboarding of new Software Engineers.
