Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage knowledge of Record to Analyze (R2A) processes, including record, report, and analyze, to support or lead the achievement of service levels and performance targets.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective services that drive strong business outcomes.
- Support the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services by adopting frictionless finance practices, processes, technologies, and methodologies that promote innovation and process improvements.
- Process transactions ranging from simple to complex and resolve standard process-related issues.
- Ensure accurate preparation and finalization of period-end close activities and reporting.
- Collaborate with Client’s Financial Controllers during reporting and perform reconciliations.
Grade-Specific – Job Description:
- Contribute to progress reporting, task management, and documentation in support of finance activities under the guidance of experienced specialists.
- Act as a strong team player with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Take initiative in assigned tasks while working under regular supervision, escalating issues when necessary.
